Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Her Shay. We work to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

During holidays, promotions, product launches, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination.

Typical U.S. delivery may take approximately 3–7 business days after processing, but delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless a guaranteed service is specifically offered at checkout.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when tracking is available.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after the package has been handed to the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an incorrect address after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@hershay.shop. We will attempt to update the address if the order has not yet shipped.

Once an order has shipped, we may be unable to change the delivery address.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's tracking and delivery procedures.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check around the delivery location and contact the carrier. You may also contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Her Shay is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Shipping Delays

Shipping estimates are not guarantees. Delays may occur because of weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, customs, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our control.

International Shipping

If international shipping is offered at checkout, customers may be responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
